    Minimum land requirement is 2.5 cents and maximum built up area can be 2400 square feet

  4. Primary Vegetative Zone (PVZ):

    Approval will be given for minimum 6 cents of land

  5. Wooden Zone( WZ):

    Only 30 % of land can be used for construction

  6. Economical Weak Zone

Panchayat Limit:

Construction can be done ground plus one floor and approvals from the village panchayat take approximately 10 – 15 days
